Groups or event bookings are a flat rate of £15 per person for anyone aged 3 and above, regardless of accommodation (tent or van). This ensures that you get a group space together and keeps it simple for people to understand their individual costs.

Day Visitors must leave by 9pm. Guest names must be provided in advance. Bookable onsite.
Additional cars or vans (to be agreed in advance) per night
Visiting for the day gives you, your friends & family access to the private hillside for the day. You may want to have a picnic or a campfire or use the shower facilities. You can book a maximum of 10 people per day guest booking.
Arrival from 10am - Departure no later than 6pm
Once you have made your booking via our website, please reply to your confirmation Email with the names of the guests visiting.

All bookings must be paid for in advance at time of booking . There are no refunds for inclement weather.
Refund scenarios:
1. If you decide not to come within 28 days of your booking, no refund will be given.
2. If you decide not to come with more than 28 days’ notice, you may rearrange your dates within 3 months or request a refund. Any refund issued will be subject to a 10% administration fee to help cover booking and admin costs.
3. In the event of a national or local (Sussex) lockdown, a full refund will be issued.
We adore animals and they are very welcome. We regularly have dogs camping and there are great off lead walks around us. We love camping cats and we have even had birds come to stay!
Sadly we have yet to install car EV charging points and cannot provide this service. The nearest charging station is at the BP garage only 2 miles away. Postcode BN14 0EP. Anyone found charging their car from the camping EHU points will be asked to leave.
1. We want to stay friends with our neighbours - No noise after 10pm.
2. No driving on site after 9pm. Tent campers please park near the cricket club end of the field.
3. Leave no trace – take your litter home or put it in the bins provided.
4. Absolutely no disposable BBQs. A BBQ burnt down a 221ha of forest not that far away. We provide fire pits, BBQs and wood etc. Toasting marshmallows rocks!
5. Always use stones or bricks beneath firepits or BBQs to avoid burning the grass.
6. No foraging for wood on the hillside as we want to leave it for the fungi and the beetles.
7. We ❤dogs and we would love to meet yours. Please keep dogs under control on the campsite, and always pick up your poo and put it in the bin.
8. Arrival is from 3pm – 8pm and we ask that you vacate your pitch before 12pm on your day of departure. We kindly ask that this departure time is adhered to. If you’d like to stay on for the day, you can add a day rate of £5 per person, subject to availability. Just drop us an email to arrange this.
